Meetups and Events: Code of Conduct
Frint events are social, welcoming gatherings for people from all backgrounds. To make sure everyone has a good time, we ask all attendees to follow these simple guidelines:
1. Be respectful and inclusive Treat everyone with kindness and respect. We welcome people of all nationalities, cultures, genders, and backgrounds. Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior of any kind is not tolerated.
2. Create a safe and comfortable environment Be mindful of personal boundaries and social cues. Everyone should feel comfortable joining conversations and activities without pressure or discomfort.
3. Keep it friendly and social This is a relaxed event focused on meeting new people and enjoying board games together. Good sportsmanship and a positive attitude go a long way.
4. Alcohol is optional While the event may take place in a venue that serves alcohol, drinking is never required. Please drink responsibly and be respectful of others.
5. Follow venue rules and local laws Respect the venue, its staff, and all applicable Dutch laws and regulations.
6. Listen to the host The host is there to ensure everyone has a good experience. If any issues arise, please follow their guidance.
7. Zero tolerance for misconduct Anyone who behaves in a way that makes others uncomfortable or unsafe may be asked to leave the event.
Meetups hosted on Frint are informal social gatherings held in public venues. By signing up and attending, you agree that you are responsible for your own behavior and well-being. The host and organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage, except where required by Dutch law.
By attending an event on Frint you agree to follow the code of conduct and the terms and conditions and to accept responsibility for your actions.
