Frint is a digital platform that connects people who want to organize or attend social events. Frint acts solely as an intermediary and does not take part in the organization of events.

3. Event Responsibility

Event hosts are fully responsible for:

Frint is not responsible for:

• Injuries, damages, or losses during events

• Event cancellations or changes

• The behavior of hosts or participants

Participants attend events at their own risk.

4. No Employment or Partnership

Frint does not employ event hosts and does not enter into formal agreements with them at this stage.

All hosts act independently and on their own responsibility.

5. User Content

Users may contact Frint to upload event details and other content.

By doing so, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share this content

• The content is not unlawful or misleading

Frint may remove content at its discretion.

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law, Frint is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform or participation in events.

7. Changes to These Terms

Frint may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
