What to expect:
This will be a 100% belly dance workshop with exclusively Arabic music 🎶🌹
In this open-level workshop, we will explore basic and intermediate-level hip movements and techniques. All movements will be explained in a very detailed and accessible way, so that even people who have never had contact with belly dance can understand the movements and how to practice them correctly.
For those who already dance, this workshop will also be a great opportunity to refine technique, improve control, and add more elegance and grace to their movements ✨
Besides hip technique, we will also focus on the femininity, softness, posture, and graceful expression that are so characteristic of belly dance 🌸
You will leave the workshop feeling lighter, more feminine, and connected to your body 💫
